Char-cu-te-rie!

EXECUTIVE CHEF KELLY MCNABB

Kelly began her culinary career learning the trade in Paris at the celebrated La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine and assisted in the development and testing of recipes for four cookbooks for the school’s owner. She continued to work throughout Europe, honing her culinary skills working as a private chef for prominent clients in London, Moscow, and Switzerland, and including cooking for the British Foreign Minister in Paris. Kelly worked at Paris’s famous Fauchon Gourmet Emporium as a Pastry Chef and while in Switzerland, co-authored The Gstaad-Sannenland Cookbook, a regional culinary guide. Returning to the United States, Kelly worked in New York for the Television Food Network, cooked at the famous “21” Club, and assisted with the creation and production of The Dean & Deluca Cookbook.

In 2014, Kelly spent five months at Taliesin as the resident guest chef for the School of Architecture. In 2022, she returned as Executive Chef and is committed to creating nourishing meals for clients and customers while running the Food and Beverage/Field School operations.

Cancellation Policy

Camps and workshops require at least six participants in order to take place. Tickets are non-refundable and a credit will not be given even if plans change due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Taliesin is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site, and all ticket sales support our mission to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments. In the unfortunate event that Taliesin Preservation cancels the event, guests will be notified in advance and offered a full refund to the original payment method.
