SUMMARY  

Perfect for those who desire a one-on-one or VIP-style visit, private tours offer exclusive flexibility, including the option to take any of our regularly offered public tours or a combined tour made into a custom itinerary. 

As the only off-season tour option and a premium in-season experience, private tours are designed for those who value privacy, customization, and a deeper connection to Taliesin through expert-led interpretation.  

Private Tours are ideal for independent, casual groups seeking an elevated, personalized experience and are intended for individuals or groups who are not part of a chartered bus tour.  

RATES AND STARTING LOCATION

$200 per person, per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Three weeks’ notice is required.  

Children 8+ can join private tours.  

The meeting location is the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center (Spring Green, WI).

TOUR OFFERINGS

	House Tour An overview of Wright’s life and architectural principles, this tour views the interiors of his private residence and personal studio. Key features are the famed living room and art collection. One Hour 30 Minutes
	Hillside Complex Tour Originally built as a school for Wright’s aunts, the building became the home and drafting studio for Wright’s apprentices by the 1930s. This tour pairs well when combined with a House Tour. One Hour
	Highlights Tour Experience the interiors of two significant yet distinctly different Frank Lloyd Wright-designed buildings — Hillside & Taliesin. This quick-paced tour combines architectural history and masterful design. Includes a scenic shuttle ride through the Taliesin grounds past Midway Barn. Two Hours Thirty Minutes
	Estate Tour The most in-depth experience, featuring Hillside, Tan-y-Deri, Midway Barn, and concluding at the Taliesin house. Offers the most complete picture of Wright’s life on the 800-acre property. Four Hours
