Every Taliesin Preservation dining experience features locally sourced ingredients, many of which are grown on the Taliesin estate by the farmers at Fazenda Boa Terra. Wright's cultivation of the land took the form of a vineyard, orchard, vegetable garden, row crops, and pastureland. We continue the legacy of a bountiful way of dining in harmony with nature.
