July 28th Featuring Chef Patrick O’ Halloran, Head Chef of Lombardino’s in Madison, WI
Patrick O’Halloran started in the restaurant industry at the age of sixteen. He studied at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and later decided to pursue cooking professionally. Patrick apprenticed under Chef Scott Shully of Shully’s Cuisine & Catering in Milwaukee and spent seven years as a professional caterer. In 1998, Patrick relocated to Madison to open a restaurant of his own. Finding charm in Lombardino’s Restaurant, he breathed new life into it and it reopened in September of 2000 with a new menu & focus. In 2005, Patrick was one of the founders of The Old Fashioned. After relinquishing ownership there, Tipsy Cow opened in 2010 with its second location opening in the summer of 2018. As the head chef of Lombardino’s, Patrick’s love for travel continues to provide inspiration for the ever-changing seasonal menus.
The nature of this event is for our chefs to work closely with area farmers and producers. Guests should anticipate menus featuring meat, dairy and produce locally-sourced. With advance notice, our chefs may accommodate vegetarians who eat eggs and dairy, but we must respectfully decline substitutions for guests with strict dietary needs. If you have vegetarians in your party, please note in the COMMENTS section when booking.
