No amount of study, reading or web surfing can substitute for an in-person visit to Taliesin. Here, you’ll breathe fresh country air of Wright's Wisconsin home, take in nature’s magnificent panorama, and trace the arc of Frank Lloyd Wright’s creative vision.
Tour Overview:
Our regular season runs from May 1 through October 31 and includes 5 types of tours (see brief descriptions below, or go to the Our Tours section for more links).
All tours begin at the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center. Directions to the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, where all tours of Taliesin begin, are in the Getting Here page.
Tours gift certificates are available. For more information or to purchase a tours gift certificate, call toll free at 877-588-7900, or 608-588-7900.
Reservations strongly recommended for all tours.
Walk-ins accepted space permitting only.
Non-refundable $4 handling charge for reservations.

Office hours during the tour season (May 1 -October 31) are:
Sunday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Central Time.
Off-season office hours (November 1 - April 30) are:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Central Time.

Our tours:
Hillside Tour (One hour)
Conducted:
May 1 – October 31
Every day at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. & 3:30 p.m.
Cost: $16 per person. Seniors/Students: $14.
Children under 18 free when accompanied by an adult, limit: 3 children per adult.

House Tour (Two hours)
Conducted: May 1 - October 31
Every day at 12:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m.
Cost:
$47 per person; Seniors/Students: $42.
No children under 12 permitted on the House Tour.

Highlights Tour (Two hours)
May, June, September & October
Conducted:
Every day at 10:15 a.m. & 1:15 p.m.
July & August
Conducted: Every day at 10:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m. & 3:15 p.m.
Cost: $52 per person. Seniors/Students: $47.
No children under 12 permitted on the Highlights Tour.

Estate Tour (Four hours)
May, June, September & October
Conducted: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
July & August
Conducted: Every day at 9:30 a.m.
Cost: $80 per person. Seniors/Students: $75.
No children under 12 permitted on the Estate Tour.

Sunset Tour (Three hours)
June, July, August 5:00 p.m.
Available for special events or private groups only.

Shuttle / Walking Tour (Two hours)
April
Conducted: Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.
November
Conducted: Saturday and Sunday during November, and the day after Thanksgiving, at 10:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.
Cost: $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12.
Reservations strongly recommended. Shuttle / Walking Tours are weather dependent.
