One hour west of the city of Madison and a half-hour north of the town of Dodgeville, Spring Green is home to 1,400 people. While national hotel chains and eateries are available within driving distance, Spring Green and the surrounding towns are home to mostly individually-owned hotels, motels, and restaurants.
