Made by the Motawi tile company, each tile is hand crafted, while the designs have been produced in cooperation with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation for quality. The frame surrounding this tile is handmade by master craftsmen in Dard Hunter Studios of Ohio. The wood is chosen for durability and grain pattern. The back of the frame is inset with a slotted hanging notch and especially made to fit these tiles.
