Preservation at Taliesin 03/13

Winter preservation efforts at Taliesin have certainly not been dormant. This report includes ongoing comprehensive restoration in the Taliesin Guest Wing and Loggia, Midway Rehabilitation planning - a collaboration with UW/MATC students, Visitor Center upgrades and a list of current projects.

Restoration of Stone Piers in Loggia

After Wright's death, the stone pier surfaces were refined and covered with drywall and plaster. The Pres Team exposed and restored the piers.
