wills and bequests
A bequest through your will or trust is a simple way to make an important gift to Taliesin Preservation, Inc. to further the preservation of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin Estate. Bequests can be of any size.
Four common methods of making a bequest are gifts of a:
- Specific dollar amount
- Specific property (real property, personal property, securities, etc.)
- Percentage of estate
- Residue of estate
The following is general wording that may be used for a bequest:I give, devise, and bequeath to Taliesin Preservation, Inc., a non-profit, non-stock Wisconsin corporation with its offices in Spring Green, Wisconsin, ____ percent (___%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate.
The Taliesin Preservation staff would be happy to provide suggested language for specific bequests. Please contact our Executive Director, or call (608) 588-7900, ext. 231, or toll free at (877) 588-7900, ext. 231.
We encourage individuals to let us know of their plan to include Taliesin Preservation, Inc. in their estate. Prior notification allows us to acknowledge your generosity.
