Food Fight, Inc. Comes to the VC

Spring Green, Wisconsin May, 2009 – Taliesin Preservation, Inc., located within the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, is very pleased to announce that Food Fight Restaurant Group, Inc. of Madison, WI will be operating the Riverview Terrace Café starting May 1st, 2009.

Food Fight is known for running some of Madison’s favorite eateries: Monty’s Blue Plate Diner, Market Street Diner, Bluephies, Eldorado Grill, Hubbard Avenue Diner, Johnny Delmonico’s, Ocean Grill, Tex Tubb’s Taco Palace and Fresco. Each of their restaurants has a distinctive cuisine and atmosphere, and they look forward to bringing this winning formula to the Riverview Terrace. Food Fight is also the proud winner of four 2008 Mad Diner Awards.

“I have been a long-time fan of Frank Lloyd Wright and studied architecture as an undergrad.  The building (FLLW Visitor Center), the environment, the view all come together as one, this is a wonderful opportunity for us,” says Monty Schiro, president of Food Fight, Inc.

Menu specialties include a Hot Italian Turkey BLT, Chilled Salmon Wrap, Char-Broiled 1/3 lb. Burger, Taliesin House Salad and the Chef’s Soup of the Day. Beverages include coffee, iced tea, soda, beer and wine. And for dessert, Madison’s Hubbard Avenue Pie! The full menu is available at www.taliesinpreservation.org.

Located within the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, the Riverview Terrace Café is a not-to-be-missed experience, with a warm, friendly atmosphere and windows spanning the entire length of the building, framing an unforgettable view of the scenic Wisconsin River. The café also has free access to Wi-Fi. Sit, dine, relax and enjoy! For reservations, please call the café directly at 877-588-7900 ext 232.
